Generally, scuba equipment (regulator system, BCD) needs an
annual service to keep your warranty in force and more
importantly, to ensure peak performance and reliability!

Tanks require annual
inspection & valves may go as long as 5 years, so they should be done when your
tank needs hydro.

It's a good
idea to log your servicing intervals and have all your gear done at the same time.

We are often asked if an annual service is needed on regulators! Well, it depends alot
on the owner! We've seen flooded first stages after only 1
use, Corrosion that takes years of life off the useful life
of the unit cause it was never washed, and some that look like new. So you should bring it in and at least get a
service check (for a minimal fee) to be sure.
